West Orange Motors Pty Ltd  is conducting the Win a Free Service Promotion under the following Terms & Conditions..

1. Promoter

The promoter is West Orange Motors Pty Ltd, located in Orange, New South Wales.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 August 2026.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to customers who:

Complete a retail scheduled vehicle service at West Orange Motors during the promotion period.

Are aged 18 years or over.

Provide valid contact details at the time of booking or service.

Employees of West Orange Motors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for each eligible completed scheduled service during the promotion period.

Cancelled, incomplete, warranty-only or complimentary services are not eligible unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One complimentary scheduled vehicle service at West Orange Motors.
• Maximum prize value: AUD $500 (including GST).

The prize:

• Is not redeemable for cash.
• Is not transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
• Applies only to a standard scheduled service up to the maximum value.

Any additional repairs, replacement parts or work exceeding the prize value will be at the winner's expense.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be randomly drawn after the promotion closes on 2 September 2026 at West Orange Motors.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during their service booking via telephone and/or email.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Prize Redemption

The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

Failure to redeem the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries.
• Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner. Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.Bok
